INSPIRATION GALLERY

As an event rental professional, you face a variety of challenges throughout the year while setting up for events. These challenges include bad weather, difficult locations, demands for elaborate custom work and much more. The 2023 Inspiration Gallery will highlight those challenges and is a great opportunity to showcase what your company did to make your event a success.

If there is one event this season that stands out to you, submit it for consideration. Select events will be showcased in the digital gallery during EventsU (formerly Events & Tents) on Feb. 11 and The ARA Show from Feb. 12-15 in Orlando. Back for 2023, a "Best in Show" will be selected. Recipients of this designation will win a free CERP (Certified Event Rental Professional) certification and be featured in an event profile story in Rental Management magazine.

Deadline: November 11, 2022

Please email all questions and submissions to gallery@ararental.org. All pictures need to be 300-dpi in jpg format, about 8 in. by 10 in. in size.

You'll also need to include:

1.  A final picture of the event. 
2.  One or two pictures that highlight the challenges or obstacles your company faced during the event.
3.  A description that includes:
4.  The event name and category
5.  Date and location
6.  Background information such as challenges you encountered and solutions
7.  Main products used
8.  Other companies involved
9.  Your company name, location of your company's headquarters and website
10.  Number of full-time staff  

NOTE: You must be registered for EventsU on Saturday, Feb. 11, or The ARA Show, Feb. 12-15, to participate in the Inspiration Gallery.
