Attendee Checklist
The show app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store by searching “The ARA Show.” The 2026 information is on the same app as the 2019-2025 shows. If you’re seeing a previous year’s version of the app, click the gear icon in the upper right corner, select “Exit to Show List” and select the 2026 show.

Place your bid in the ARA Foundation’s 50th Anniversary Online Auction. All the money raised supports ARA Foundation programs like disaster assistance, scholarships, and community initiatives. From top-tier rental equipment to unforgettable travel experiences, there’s something for everyone. The auction is open through March 1, wrapping up with an exciting live auction and drawing for a 2026 Ford Bronco at the ARA Industry Awards Dinner & ARA Foundation 50th Anniversary Celebration. Tickets for the Bronco are sold out.
Find badge pick-up information. All attendees must be registered and have a badge to enter The ARA Show. Badges can be picked up at Registration at the Orange County Convention Center, North-South Building and the Badge Pick-Up Kiosk at the Hilton Orlando. You must have a printed confirmation, the barcode from your email, or the barcode saved in your Apple or Google wallet for all badges that will be picked up.
