Show off your event rental team’s talent in The ARA Show 2024’s Event Showcase, a new twist that is replacing our previous Inspiration Gallery.
The Event Showcase is a photo contest held on The ARA Show’s Facebook and Instagram pages. Each week from Nov. 13 – Dec. 4, four event photos will be shared and voted on. Votes will be based solely on the photo of the event. At the end of each week, the votes will be tallied from both social channels, and the winners will be announced on Dec. 13.
Submissions will be accepted beginning Nov. 1, 2023, with the first round of voting starting on Nov. 13. The four winning photos from the Event Showcase will not only be shared with the more than 4,000 followers on The ARA Show’s social media channels, but will also be on display throughout EventsU and The ARA Show 2024 held Feb. 17-21 in New Orleans.
In addition, the showcase winners will receive a free CERP (Certified Event Rental Professional) program enrollment and will be featured in an event profile story in Rental Management magazine.
The Event Showcase is the perfect opportunity to share an amazing event your company helped create!
How to make a submission
Submissions will be taken starting Nov. 1, 2023. Only one submission per event rental company is allowed. The first 16 photos submitted that meet the contest requirements (see below) will be included in the Event Showcase contest. All submission slots have been filled.
To enter, please provide the following in your email submission:
- One event photo to be shared on social media. Note: Selected winners will be contacted to submit the photo in the following format: 300-dpi in jpg format, approximately 8 in. by 10 in. in size.
- A short description, including brief details about the event (including the date) and the event rental company’s involvement.
- Company name and headquarters’ location.
Contest requirements to enter: You must be an event rental company, American Rental Association (ARA) member and registered for The ARA Show 2024, to make a submission.
