Networking Events
The ARA Show is known for bringing people from across the equipment and event rental industry together for education, buying, and networking. The 2024 show will be no different.
The ARA Show offers multiple networking events designed specifically for connecting those in rental. From the ARA Young Professional Network Reception to the Women in Rental Breakfast to the ARA Foundation Charity Auction and Reception, and more, there are many opportunities to SHAPE YOUR NETWORK at The ARA Show 2024.
ARA Networking Events Schedule
Saturday Schedule

Have a fun-filled evening with good friends, food, and a fantastic concert!
New Orleans is renowned for its music and cuisine, and you’ll find the best of both at The ARA Show’s prime evening networking event. House of Blues New Orleans is a premier entertainment venue and restaurant in the historic French Quarter with the ambiance of an old Southern Delta juke joint.
Register early for this event, as it has sold out in the past! This event is exclusive to ARA members only.
ARA Member Tickets are $150 per person through Oct. 31, $250 per person from Nov. 1 through Feb. 15. A limited number of tickets will be made available on-site beginning Feb. 16 at $350, with proceeds benefiting the ARA Foundation.
Shuttles will be provided to and from the House of Blues and select hotels from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

ARA Industry Awards Lunch
Advance registration and ticket required.
Network with your peers as we honor ARA members for their contributions to the industry over the last year. This event includes recognizing those earning the industry’s highest honor, induction into the Rental Hall of Fame.
Tickets for ARA members are $30 per person through Oct. 31 and $40 per person starting Nov. 1. All Sunday education participants are encouraged to attend.

Canadian Hospitality Reception
Advance registration and ticket required.
Connect and mingle with your fellow Canadian rental industry professionals during an evening of drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Leadership Impact Award winner will be recognized for their contribution to the rental community at the event.
Event is exclusive for ARA members residing in Canada. Tickets are complimentary, but you must register to attend.

ARA Young Professionals Network Reception
Fulton Alley
Advance registration and ticket required.
Enjoy an evening at Fulton Alley, where you can build your network and discuss the rental industry in a casual environment. Learn from your new contacts while bowling, playing darts, or competing in other games. You’ll have full access to the entire venue, hosted bar service and food stations as you connect with your peers.
This event is open to registered members of ARA’s YPN between the ages of 18 and 40. If you’re not a YPN member, join for free at ararental.org/young-professional-network.
Tickets are $75 per person through Oct. 31 and $100 per person starting Nov. 1.

Keynote Session

Enjoying drinks and hors d’oeuvres after a busy first day on the trade show floor is always a fantastic way to relax and connect with peers. Nine of ARA’s regions will host individual receptions where a leader from each region will be recognized for their contributions to the rental community.

ARAPAC Reception
Marché
Advance registration and ticket required.
Join us in the French Quarter at Marché for a lively evening featuring a hosted bar, hors d’oeuvres, and a live band while raising funds with a silent auction for ARA’s political action committee.
ARAPAC, ARA’s political action committee, is the voice of ARA members and the event and equipment rental industry in Washington, D.C. With the support of its members, ARA is able to educate Congress about the rental industry, advocate on national issues affecting the industry, and support those who recognize and back the needs of the industry. Tickets are $100 per person and must be purchased by ARAPAC members.
Shuttle service from the convention center to the venue and return service following the event to select official show hotels will be provided.

Women in Rental Breakfast

ARA Foundation Charity Auction and Reception
Give back to the equipment and event rental community by bidding on equipment and other items. Proceeds support the Foundation’s initiatives, including scholarships, technical training grants, disaster relief, young professional development, and more.
This event is free to attend, but you must register for a bid book onsite at the ARA Foundation Booth #2832.
Shuttles will depart the convention center at 6:45 PM for the Tuesday night event at House of Blues to accommodate auction attendees.
