Request for function space

Based on availability, we are pleased to offer space in conjunction with The ARA Show. Please note:

• Due to other scheduled functions, your desired room set may not be available. In those cases, ARA will contact you with optional room sets. Resetting fees may apply.
• Upon approval, requests for hotel space will be forwarded to the hotel. A hotel representative will contact you directly about availability.
• Room signs will not be provided. You may provide your own professional signs and are responsible for their set-up and removal. Handwritten signs are not permitted. Easels may be ordered from the audio-visual supplier.
• You are responsible for contacting the caterer and audio-visual suppliers to order and arrange payment of food, beverage and/or equipment. ARA will supply contact information upon approval of space.
