Schedule a Press Conference

Hosting a press conference during The ARA Show is an excellent opportunity to get your company and products into trade publications. Press conferences give companies a platform to share product and company news with editors and publishers who are covering the equipment and event rental industry.

Press conferences are free to book but must be done through The ARA Show website. Companies that book press events/conferences outside of the official schedule will be subject to loss of priority points for the upcoming show year.

All press conferences for The ARA Show 2026 will take place at an exhibitor’s booth and are attended by members of the trade press. Press conference times are limited to one per company and are booked on a first come first serve basis.
